How Are We Mobilizing A Missionary Movement?
There really is no substitute.
It’s true. There is no one else who steps in and assists in propelling a vision into reality.
Missionaries need strategic partners who believe in them and the vision God has given to them to accomplish. Without these individuals most dreams would die, never being given the opportunity to see the light of day.
We (Kandy and myself) have such an incredible circle of people from all walks of life and various levels of support. Each one stands with us and encourages us to go for it.
God seems to like to work through people helping people in the effort to reach out and help even more people. This is the best description we can come up with to describe the way the circle of partnership works. The strength of the system is found in the relationships which get forged, as partnerships go to work together, to accomplish something God wants to see happen. Everyone is involved and each one gets blessed.
When you pray, give, communicate, and engage in the mission, God goes to work with His math of multiplication and makes something happen that shortly before stood only as an idea, a dream. This strategic partnership between a missionary and the circle of partners forged out around them takes the improbable and brings it into the realm of probability. What an incredible combination it all makes.

How Do We Do What We Do?
We influence other influencers, so they can influence those they serve and lead.
Let me put it this way … We are mobilizing a missionary movement as we recruit, disciple, and coach ministers in a missionary approach to life and ministry.
It takes the shape of online disciple-making cohorts, where we take those who participate on a deep dive into everything disciple-making. Then we mix in a heavy touch of evangelism done Jesus-style. And finally, we toss in some vision for building a Family On Mission.
We influence those who serve, so they can become an influence to those they serve.
Ministers take what they discover, while with us, back home with them where the hard work really begins. They pray, observe, strategize, and share the vision God gives to their Family On Mission for reaching the lost people in their area; we assist them as they walk through this process.
Then these leaders go about making disciples, who reproduce by making other disciples. Before long, the ministers have mobilized a missionary movement in their community from the people they serve and lead. Multiplication begins.
What a transformation … which is exactly what disciple-making is about.
We influence other influencers so they can influence those around them, and churches are transformed while communities are changed one person at a time.
