Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeships give you an immersive experience combining hands on learning mixed with interactive conversations as we explore the missional life. Insights from years of experience get combined with reading and discussing various books to help us explore the missionary approach in activating new church startups. There are two ways to enter into our apprenticeships:
Resident Coaching Apprenticeships
Non-Resident Coaching Apprenticeships
Resident and non-resident relationships are a more focused coaching and discipling experience designed to help the missional development of those participating. The Resident and Non-Resident Apprenticeship are available in 12 Month and 24 Month opportunities.
The pricing of our apprenticeships is negotiable as we take in several factors. Talk with us about your plans and we can put together a package that works for you.
Personal Coaching
We love to coach and would be glad to work with you and your team. Most personal (1 on 1) coaching relationships last between 3-12 months. Coaching can be accomplished by phone, online video chats, or in person. Each coaching conversation is approximately 45-60 minutes.

Single Session | $100
12 month package | $1,000
6 month package | $500
3 month package | $250
TEAM COACHING
For best results, we suggest team coaching happen in person. Team coaching can happen in a variety of ways, most commonly as a retreat weekend. We can also schedule a series of coaching events to happen during the workweek or over the weekend. There is usually a good way that fits the culture of your team. Just ask and we will find what works best.
Fees are negotiated.
MissIONARY Coaching LEADERSHIP Huddles
The following are online and in-person discussion groups where we read and share about what we are discovering. It’s a great environment for developing a missionary approach to life and ministry. Using a mix of coaching, mentoring, and group conversation we work our way through the books we read. Give it a try and see what happens! Here are some of the current Leadership Huddles we are offering.
